Subject: Wonderful Music

Susan

Whatever I dream I come to my waking moment with the lingering chords and shadowy memories of the most wonderful and beautiful music!

Complex, harmonized, gorgeous and incredibly lovely, it is like floating in deep space while listening to the harmonized voices of hundreds of choruses AND millions of symphonies, all intertwined, all playing and singing to and for one another.

Sometimes I wake up laughing from dreaming something silly and funny, and even then the lingering beauty of the wonderful music is still there.

I'm partially deaf and wear two hearing aids.

I conjecture that if Ludwig Von Beethoven heard some of this wonderful music on his own awakening, he must have been able to snatch down on paper a little here-and-there of what was heard, floating peacefully out from within most lovely dreams.

Not sure what it means, but how wonderful for you! I look forward to your symphony.

What a wonderful experience Susan,

Have you always been partially deaf, or has this condition developed? People whose senses used to be more acute do tend to dream the diminished senses in their previous full range, and I'm interested to know of your experience.

I've had at least one beautiful music dream. All I remember is the music felt perfect and harmonious. I had the dream last christmas day (night after).

At the time I had just received the "legend of shambhala" by James Redfield as a christmas present. The book is strong on the pursuit of a "spiritual path in life" I consider the beautiful music to be a powerful sign to me about the accuracy of the book.

This is Susan J. Lee, replying to Mrs. Anderson. Yes, for much of my life I have been partially deaf in each ear, since being repeatedly struck by my mother about the head as a youngster. Since I had literally Asked for it, because I did not want her to hit my younger brothers or sister and to take her temper "out" on me, instead of hitting the rest of them, I've always accepted and worked with my hearing aides with what hearing I still have.

Recently, with my husband, we've started an in-home animal shelter, working with our local Humane Society. I'm happily spending much of my spare time caring for 20 ferrets, 8 cats, 2 dogs and 10 white doves who live with a rabbit in a big home-built backyard aviary. About to hit my 50th year, and with these adoring and adorable creatures who are so full of Loving emotional feedback for every Least little thing one does for them, I'm hearing, from my dreams, more and more clearly, that Wonderful Celestial Music And Singing,...and for longer into my waking-moments, too! Yesterday, I wakened laughing along with a giggly, happy baby! I think that's "me", on the inside!
