Subject: bizarre but reoccurring

I am in a residential area with lots of unit blocks but instead of footpaths, there are swimming canals.

A spunky young boy was new to the area and so I was showing him around.

We swam down this canal and he saw a blow up boat. We were playing around on it when I felt someone push it.

I looked down and there were two older men (25-30) who obviously owned the boat.

I knew these men were the baddies and quickly slinked into the water as to not provoke the men. My friend didn't understand what was going on. When I motioned for him to get off the boat, he did, and as he was reaching the edge of the canal and about to hop out, one of the baddies made a lung at him. The other baddy was already out of the water and had stabbed someone with a knife.

As the man who was after my friend got out of the water I could see that he too had a knife and as he went to lunge at my friend, I used some weird mental energy thing.

The man stopped, looked at me, and then dived into the water.

I saw him swim for ages before he came up for a breath.

He was not 100% human and neither was I. It was at that point in time I realised it.

It was such an intense dream and as I was dreaming, I knew I had done it before.

Note:

I had this dream a couple of weeks ago. Before that, I had it about a year ago.

Wow what a dream?

For "Water, canals" would me emotions maybe channels(Canals) of emotions.

The baddies, the Two Older men, do you have any parts of your emotions or self or personality or body you do not like or despise. Your masculine side/engery is it to aggressive ??

The "Spunky young boy" a new growth within you???

Mental engery, You could/can control this part of yourself.??

i agree. the water channels signifying the emotions and you were using the canal as your path. i thought this was good because you weren't avoiding delving into th emotion of it all. the boat provided some respite, a break from it all but this was sabotaged by the baddies. Do you give yourself much of a break i wonder?? But you didn't resist and instead quickly slinked back into the water out of harms way. I kind of get the impression that you feel ok about the scarier things going on within you and know haow to protect yourself or manouevre your way around the freakier bits. it's like you have all you need to overcome the negative stuff going on within you even accepting that feeling of not feeling quite human sometimes. i think you are on the right path and doing well. i also got the impression that the blocks of units were symbolic of your mental state, your frame of thinking. Kind of cramped and needing some head space. Units are confined and lofty much like our ways of thinking sometimes. Rather than being able to journey by foot and get away quickly, the outside environment was filled with watery emotional paths and if you wanted to progress, you had to travel through them. Only by overcoming the "baddies" would you get through and beyond.

WOW GUYS, THAT'S SO COOL! IT'S FUNNY HOW YOU CAN'T SEE THINGS UNTIL SOMEONE PUTS IT IN YOUR FACE. I HAVE BEEN GOING THROUGH SOME CLEARING OF OLD NEGATIVE BELIEF SYSTEMS ABOUT MYSELF AND I HAVEN'T BEEN AFRAID TO ADMIT IT TO MYSELF OR MY BOYFRIEND (WHO UNFORTUNATELY COPS A LOT OF IT). THE PART THAT I LOVED ABOUT THE DREAM WAS THE MENTAL ENERGY I HAD. I HAVE ALWAYS LOVED SUPERHEROS AND BELIEVED THAT SEEING AS WE ONLY ACCESS A LIMITED PART OF OUR BRIANS, MAYBE, JUST MAYBE, THAT KIND OF MENTAL POWER COULD EXIST. SOUND CRAZY? I QUITE OFTEN HAVE DREAMS INVOLVING MENTAL OR TELEPATHIC POWER AND IT'S A SIDE OF ME THAT I WOULD LOVE TO EXPLORE FURTHER. THANKYOU BOTH SO MUCH FOR HELPING ME MAKE SENSE OF IT ALL, IT REALLY THREW ME. THANKS GUYS.

i am having dreams about my wife being hurt or even dying. These dreams are very upsetting to me. I wake up crying and cant get back to sleep.These happen every nite for the last 3 weeks. Please help!
