Subject: The marriage I didn't know about

I dreamed that I went to a dance club and met a guy there. Afterwards I took him home with me.

At home I met up with a blonde girl and climbed up some sort of net with her.

Then I was in a room listening to music with some earphones. I tried to turn up the music but it wouldn't turn up I noticed that the earphones weren't plugged in all the way so people on the outside could hear the music too. I plugged them in the rest of the way and went out of the room.

I met the guy there in the hallway. We spoke for a minute and I told him to wait a minute and went back into the room.

Again I tried to turn the music up on the stereo but it would not get any louder.

I decided to change my shirt then. But when I tried to take off my shirt I found that it was very tight and hard to get off.

In the middle of taking off my shirt I noticed through the window two black boys about 10 years of age playing near a swing-set. Then they saw me and decided to watch me instead. I finished taking off my shirt and found an older shirt to wear. It was white with stars, polka dots and lines almost looking like the planets on it. It was pink around the edges. On the left breast there were 4 pink diamonds (it's a real shirt that I have).

They guy came in and told me that we were getting married then. I said, "We are?" then I said, "but I don't know you, it's only been one day."

He said, "But I've spent a whole lot of money on this wedding, and you know I don't have much money on account of school and everything."

He was looking out a window and he indicated a gray building across the street. I said, "but I don't want to marry you yet." He now had me sitting on his lap. He said, "But I've already brought my mother here." I looked in the hallway and saw an old woman coming in the door walking with a cane. She went down the hallway towards the kitchen.

I decided I needed to tell someone about it. So I told the guy to excuse me for a minute.

I went into the kitchen where my mom and some other people were preparing food for the wedding. My mom saw me and said, "I don't know what you did yesterday, but you infused me with the Holy Ghost."

She looked like she was about to cry.

I decided that I would tell the fat girl behind her about my plight. I said to my mom, "I need to speak to Cindy for a minute." I tapped Cindy on the shoulder and told her I would like to speak to her privately.

As we left the kitchen and went outside another thinner girl was following us. I told her, "I need to talk to Cindy privately." Cindy began to run, supposedly to get away from the girl. I ran after her but she ran too fast for me.

Some guys were playing soccer in the yard and the soccer balls would come and hit me in the head. I suddenly laid down in a ball (fetal position) and started, I guess you could say, bawling.

Hi Shalie21.

First, do you go on the net to post your dreams with some blonde girl sitting to the left of your screen...? And the fact that you were at home too -- your own head, your own thoughts to sort out.

I'm going to jump to the marriage part of the dream because it seems to connect to the committment issue of the 'Blue Man' dream.

It seems that there is quite a resistance in you to commit, even through all your own coaxing of yourself. If you look to the grey areas -- grey building, old woman -- you will see the reason to make this committment.

Just a few thoughts for now.

Angela.

In the dream the reason I was hesitant and upset about the marriage was because first of all he hadn't asked me if that was what I wanted and second of all I didn't know him. And I just now remembered the other thing that was in the dream. I was still afraid of him rejecting me. In the dream I had said, "What if after 3 weeks you decide that I'm boring and you go away."

Anyway it's very interesting. I have been dreaming quite a lot lately. I will post some of the others on here as well :-)
