Subject: Finding a Talent

I was in my house at night and not many lights were on. I was trying to find something that I was really good at and I discovered some black and white photographs that I took.

I showed them to my mother, but she was busy.

My older sister then handed me her old toothbrush and left the house. I put some sort of blue toothpaste on it and started brushing my teeth. I thought it was very fun and that I was "good" at it.

I decided to try and show my pictures to my mother again but she yelled at me and told me that I wasn't supposed to be doing that (taking pictures). She also said that I wasn't supposed to be brushing my teeth with my sister's toothbrush.

Note:

I had this dream while taking a nap right after I had a conversation with my mother. We were trying to find some sort of talent or skill that I could put on my college transcript as I'm home-schooled. I have some undeveloped talents, but nothing I'm really good at. My older sister is a great vocalist.

The words "be authentic" popped into my mind whilst reading this post. Struggling to find the way (possibly under pressure) may have motivated you to perhaps adopt ideas/talents/ways that aren't your own. Your higher self isn't too willing to support you in adopting others ways or copping out in this venture. Blue toothpaste? Teeth are very symbolic as discussed many times on this site and cleaning them is significant. wondering what blue signifies to you? My take which seems obvious i know, is that you are challenged by having to find your own talents. when you find them, it will all fit.

Blue is my favorite color, and I like it because I think that it sends the message of originality, truth, and intelligence.

I just now remembered that the toothbrush in my dream was this giant, odd-looking specialty toothbrush my sister used for a while, but the head was so big she could hardly get it in her mouth! Hope this bit helps!
