Subject: Spiders and Feet

I was in the shower when I noticed that I had a small hole in my heel and that there were tiny black spiders entering my foot through the hole.

It was as if there was a little space between the skin of my heel and the flesh and I could see through the skin and see the spiders gathering in there.

I wasn’t too worried about this for some reason. I figured I would sort it out later I think.

I then went to bed, having put a piece of tape over the hole to stop more spiders getting in.

After a while I realised that the tape had come off and that more spiders were going into my foot. I told my husband but he didn’t seem to care. I was annoyed by this but figured I should sort it out for myself so I stood down hard on my heel and squashed all the spiders, then put lots of tape around my foot and went to sleep.

Linda, I'm not much of a dream interpreter and am fairly new to this site however it sounds like a personal invasion of sorts.

Like something in real life, not life threatening or urgent, is literally getting under your skin in such a personal, private way.

Your feet are used to hold you upright, to keep you firmly in place, to maintain balance and move forward.

The hole in your foot could represent a personal flaw or weakness and the spiders can represent your fears surrounding this.

Stomping on the spiders was enough to quell your immediate concern, and tape was to keep them out but not to heal the hole in your foot.
