Jane Teresa presents 500 real dreams along with their interpretations (* * ) illustrating her methods and how you can use them to understand YOUR dreams. Included are suggested Dream Alchemy Practices showing you how you can use your dream symbols to create positive change in your life.

* Dreams marked with a blue asterisk:
Updated. Jane Teresa has added an Overview Interpretation and suggested a Dream Alchemy Practice. (All 500 dreams will be updated in this way by the end of 2010.)
* Dreams marked with a green asterisk:
These dreams have been interpreted in whole or in part by Jane Teresa in previous years. She will return during 2009-2010 to add her Overview Interpretations and suggested Dream Alchemy Practices to each of these.
No asterisk:
These dreams have not yet been interpreted by Jane Teresa, but many include interpretations by other people. During 2005 - 2009 Jane Teresa is working through these non-asterisked dreams, adding her Overview Interpretations and suggested Dream Alchemy Practices. As each is completed, a blue asterisk will be placed alongside the dream title on the index page.

Once all the no-asterisk dreams have been updated, Jane Teresa will add similar updates to all the dreams currently marked with a green asterisk.
500 real dreams
These have been selected from five years of our public dream forum archives (1998-2003). Many developed into long discussion threads that have all been included here. Contributors included Jane Teresa, Dream Network Members and casual visitors to the site.
Dream alchemy practices
What is a Dream Alchemy Practice?
Dream alchemy is the process of working with your dreams to transform your spiritual, emotional, mental and physical life in positive ways.
Dream Alchemy Practices use symbols from your dream (supplied by your unconscious mind) to work directly on your unconscious mind to reprogram unconscious beliefs, thoughts and patterns that are not working well for you and your life. These practices are successful because they employ the language of YOUR unconscious mind: and so your unconscious mind responds.
Dream Alchemy Practices include: visualisations, affirmations, dialogues, artwork, gut-reaction poetry, bodywork, giving back beliefs, story telling, writing and other adventures.
The best way to discover what these are and how you can use them is to read the 500 dreams that include suggested Dream Alchemy Practices.
