Part A: Dreams is a digital version of an artist book, created by Carmel in response to the dream alchemy exercises set by Jane during their dream coaching sessions. The book is a vehicle for the affirmations which emerged from Carmel’s dreams, based on her personal dream symbols. These were combined with pertinent quotes from famous people and photographs of objects in and around Carmel’s house, together forming sumptuous layers of text and imagery.

In Part B: Dream Sight, you will encounter a rich collection of tips and exercises to help you with interpreting your dreams, and stories which illustrate how your dreams can bring light and understanding to your waking world.
