Between the regular brewing of blogs and podcasts (see highlights below), I particularly enjoyed witnessing December’s life coaching clients attaining their breakthroughs in the lead up to Christmas. Breakthroughs are always precious, and are even more treasured as we ready ourselves for a new year.

I was a late convert to using a camera for skype readings and coaching (using audio only until three months ago), and I have to say that seeing the person I’m reading for or coaching does add more dimension. On a practical level, people have introduced show-n-tell into our sessions (alchemy results, artwork, visuals) and on a personal level I’ve enjoyed receiving the welcoming smiles, gestures and seeing all the friendly faces. One client said, “It’s been lovely meeting you.” I realised that’s what video enables, meeting. While audio only is a strong medium for me (being acutely trained over decades of interpreting dreams for many radio talk back shows), video broadens the scope.

Over on FaceBook our dream community is enjoying more interactivity, and we’re not always talking dreams. The question, “Is there someone in your life you'd like to wish something special for?” drew a great response. Jodie wished her father a peaceful ending, Sandy wished her sister a new beginning, and Barbara wished that her friend, Jo, be swept off her feet by the man of her dreams. (Read more here.)

Another question I asked on FaceBook was “What's the best thing that happened for you today?” Ingrid replied that her book was coming together, Margaret spent quality time with her daughter, Dakota drew a really good picture, and Nina saw Nicole Kidman.

What have all these people got in common? An interest in dreams and putting dream alchemy into action in their lives, together with an impulse to share and spread the love.

Wishing you all an extraordinarily beautiful 2011, and thanking you for reading our 149th monthly news update!

THE DREAM SHOW

December highlights:

If you’ve ever been in a relationship that wasn’t nourishing for you, you’ll resonate with episode 85 (A dark presence), where I chat with Shane about her dream.

Check in with episode 86 (Wounded refugee) to discover why Bob and I wonder what Jesus would be up to if he was a student in today’s world,

and – adding a dash of synchronicity – listen to episode 87 (Cloned nerds) as Matt reveals the connection between his dream of contaminated hamburgers and religion.

Finally, how could I resist a special New Year's Eve show designed to inspire your personal vision for 2011 when I realised that episode 88 (Teeshirt 2011) was due on New Year's Eve?
