When Dreams Come True

This is a holiday postcard from me to you! A postcard with a difference. A postcard enclosing a portal for you to travel into a different world, a world where dreams come true. A postcard without a picture, but I'll paint one for you anyway with words. A postcard (instead of a Dream Sight article) because I'm on holiday, until 1st March, celebrating, and I want to share the rewards.
First the Portal
I'm on holiday because I've just finished writing my new book which will be published in August. My writing brain is having a rest, so instead of writing a Dream Sight article this month I have prepared something special on dreams for you. I have opened a portal for you, on the web site, to read Chapter 2 (When Dreams Come True) from my 1998 book, The Shape of Things to Come. It's a huge chapter at 14,000 words (41 pages in the paperback book). The portal takes you into the Membership area of the web site, so in reading When Dreams Come True you will be experiencing how the books are presented for Dream Network members. Second, the Picture on the Postcard
Ah. The picture on the postcard. We are on a nearby island. We planned to take a bottle of champagne onto the beach just before sunset to toast the new book and my recovery from long, long hours at the keyboard. We drove along huge expanses of sand to find the perfect place to pour the bubbly. I took my first sip and as I turned to face the ocean an intense rainbow struck up against the single cloud of a distant squall. The rainbow dipped into the ocean and washed along the glistening wet sand at my feet. I raised my glass to let the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow meld into and mingle with my champagne. It's been many months since I've seen a rainbow and since the title of my book infers gold I felt blessed. (If Michael's camera has captured the magic, maybe I'll post it onto the web site for you to share.)
Third, Sharing the Rewards
(In the original newsletter there was a competition with a prize announced here. This has been edited out of the archived edition of this article as it is not relevant.)
The April Dream Sight article is already forming on the backburner of my mind. Titled "Freudian Sleeps .. oops. Slips" it will bring you some hot dream tips.
