Uninvited change kicks us out of comfort zone and challenges us to find a new way forward. Change is always an opportunity, but fear easily blinds us to the positives and plunges us into the negatives – doubt, lack, worry, panic, resistance, depression.

The Compass
This corporate seminar is suitable for everyone. It is not related to dreams.
A 3 hour seminar for 4-8 people, based on a board game and card games I developed in association with my book, The Compass. The cards are used as prompts and tools towards approaching a set of problems to be solved. The emphasis is on fun problem-solving, and the learning is subtle but deep.
As well as delivering simple, new approaches towards problem solving, the way the games are facilitated widens your perspective, demonstrates that there's always more than one solution to a problem, opens the way to see novel solutions, and helps you gain insight into what underpins your perspective.
