1. I don't live in Australia.
How can I buy your books, ebooks, products and services?

You can buy our books, products and services from anywhere in the world by credit card or by PayPal.

Our prices are displayed throughout the website like this: $33.00 . If the price is not showing in YOUR CURRENCY, just click the price shown and select your home currency. Once you have done this, all prices throughout the website will appear in your currency, recalculated every day according to the exchange rate.

Your bank statement will show your purchase in your currency, which will be calculated according to the exchange rate on the day of purchase. You can also check today's exchange rate here.

2. Which cards are accepted?

You can pay by Visa, Mastercard or American Express. You can also pay by PayPal: see point 4 in this list.

3. How secure is the online ordering & payment system?

All payments (except PayPal) are processed by Australia’s No 1 Payment Gateway, eWAY. eWAY supports more shopping carts than any other payment gateway in Australia.

Ordering and payment is a 2-step secure process. Step 1 is a secure order form that is delivered to Dream Sight Corporation, so we have an instant confidential copy of your ordering details. When you submit your order form you are automatically transferred to the secure eWAY page to enter your credit card details (Step 2).

Dream Sight Corporation receives instant notification of your successful payment and eWAY emails you your receipt and receipt number immediately.

4. Can I pay by PayPal?

Yes. We accept payment by PayPal worldwide. You do NOT need to be a PayPal member to pay by PayPal using your credit card. Alternatively, if you are a PayPal member (it's easy to join at their site) you can pay from your bank account as well as by credit card AND you can pay by their fast-and-free system.

Simply select 'Pay by PayPal' on the dropdown box on any of our order forms and you will be directed to PayPal's secure page to make your transaction.

5. Can I pay by cheque or direct deposit into your bank account?

AUSTRALIA:

If you have an Australian bank account you can pay by cheque or direct deposit for all products and services except the ebooks as these require immediate payment to trigger instant download. However, if you have an Australian bank account and prefer to purchase an ebook by cheque or direct deposit, please email Michael@dream.net.au and we can arrange to deliver your ebook by email.

For all non-ebook products and services, if you have an Australian bank account you can select 'cheque' or 'direct deposit' on the dropdown boxes on all order forms. Payment details are also on the order forms.

WORLDWIDE:

If you do not have an Australian bank account you can join PayPal and elect to pay PayPal for our products and services from your nominated bank account. As a PayPal member, simply select 'Pay by PayPal' on the dropdown box on all our order forms and you will be directed straight to PayPal to make your secure transaction.

6. What is "instant download" (ebook purchase)?

When you place your order online your payment details will be automatically processed within seconds and you will be taken to a page where you click on a link to download your ebook.

Your ebook will download within seconds and will appear on your screen. You can print it out straight away or save it to your computer to read or print later.

7. What if I buy an ebook and the download doesn't happen?

If you experience any difficulties, simply email Michael at Michael@dream.net.au quoting your order number and he will organize delivery of your ebook.

8. If I buy an ebook, do I need a special program to read it?

You will need Acrobat Reader on your computer. If you don't have this, you can download a copy for free by going to www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html and following the prompts.

9. So if I buy an ebook I don't need to read it online?

Our ebooks are formatted for fast printing and easy reading, so you can print them out and read them away from your computer at your leisure. You might want to bind them and add blank pages at the end for your notes.

Or you can read your ebook on your computer screen, on or offline, if you save your file to your hard drive as soon as your download it.
